Our Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks are imported from Madagascar. Ceylon cinnamon is also called "true cinnamon" and in Mexico is known as "canela". We also carry Korintje Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 2.75" and Saigon Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 4"for those that prefer a harder Cinnamon stick. Cinnamon has been one of the most popular baking spices in most cultures for hundreds of years.
