Shipping & Returns


Orders placed before 3:00pm EST Mon-Fri are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Some products however, require 5-10 business days to ship. If any of the items in your cart are marked as such, your entire order will be held until all items can be shipped together.

Our primary domestic carriers are UPS and USPS Priority Mail. The choice of carrier depends upon the size of the shipment. Any packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or a PO Box will also be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Typical USPS transit times are as follows:
Domestic Orders: 2-7 days (Priority Mail)
Alaska, Hawaii Orders: 4-10 days

You may return any unopened item such as food seasoning, spices & herbs and more for a refund - for any reason - within 10 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). If you feel a product is defective, or choose to return an unopened item please email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to sending the shipment back. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the shipment.

Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from this website. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed unless the return was a result of our error or a product defect.


Refunds will be promptly credited back to your credit card. In the event you ordered by check, a credit will be issued against future purchases. All return orders must be approved and returned with an RMA, (return merchandise authorization) number obtained by emailing [email protected] with an explanation of why you wish to return the item. You should receive a response within 2 business days.

We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.
